Perceptions, an annual literary publication, produced by the MHCC writing department needed a cover design for a magazine reflecting the wide variety of literary works, poetry and art inside. 

Taking inspiration from blackout poetry, a technique that is quite commonly used in literary art forms, the cover successfully reflected the creative and expressive nature of literature, art and poetry through its design.
